PM - kidney beans and fig oil dressing

- almond slices

CHEAT - little stale choc square from M and M,

WIN - held a bag of chips, then put them back down!!! and held a banana at 11pm. then put it down!!!

Evening – vega bar and starbucks smoothie w/out whey protein and with soy instead of milk.

Before bed – my hardest time is before bed, I had a peach and some whole wheat pasta my sister made and almonds (better for me!)
